2546. Apply Bitwise Operations to Make Strings Equal

Check for All Zeros and String Equality

  1. Check if s is already equal to target. If they are equal, return true.
  2. Check if either s or target consists entirely of 0s. If so, return false because it is impossible to make s equal to target.
  3. If neither string consists entirely of 0s, return true because it is always possible to make s equal to target by changing all 0s in s to 1s.
