2023. Number of Pairs of Strings With Concatenation Equal to Target

Brute Force Approach

  1. Initialize a counter count to 0.
  2. Iterate over the array nums using two nested loops, with outer loop index i and inner loop index j.
  3. For each pair (i, j) where i is not equal to j, concatenate nums[i] and nums[j].
  4. Compare the concatenated string with target.
  5. If they are equal, increment count by 1.
  6. After all pairs have been checked, return the value of count.
