Simulate smallest prefix cost

  1. Initialize an array costs of size n with values i * x for i in range n, representing the cost of performing i operations.
  2. Iterate over each chocolate type i in nums.
  3. For each chocolate type i, iterate over all chocolate types j and update the cost of collecting chocolate type j after i operations.
  4. For each j, calculate the minimum cost to collect chocolate type j by comparing the current cost with the cost of collecting chocolate type (i + j) % n.
  5. Update the costs[j] with the new minimum cost.
  6. After iterating over all chocolate types, find and return the minimum value in the costs array.
