Leetcode Problem 2130. Maximum Twin Sum of a Linked List

2130. Maximum Twin Sum of a Linked List

Leetcode Solutions

Approach: Reverse Second Half In Place

  1. Initialize two pointers slow and fast to head.
  2. Move fast two steps and slow one step at a time until fast reaches the end of the list, which places slow at the midpoint.
  3. Reverse the second half of the list starting from slow.
  4. Iterate through the first half of the list with head and the reversed second half with prev (the result of the reversal), calculating the twin sums.
  5. Update the maximum twin sum if the current twin sum is greater.
  6. Continue until the end of the first half is reached.
  7. Return the maximum twin sum.
